Visitor's tax:
Winter: €4.00 person and night
Summer: €4.00 person and night
Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from tourist tax.
Reservation:
Are only valid in writing by email. In case of a successful reservation we ask you to pay the deposit of 40 % of the total amount within 7 days.
Partial cancellations, for example if a person does not arrive or leaves early, will be charged at 100 %.
Cancellation and non-arrival will be charged at 100 %.
Arrival:
If you want to use the day of your arrival for skiing, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the house.
If your arrival is delayed and you will arrive after 8:00 p.m., we ask you to give us a short notification by phone (+43 677 6180 7187).

Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 4 p.m.
Check-out: by 9:30 a.m.
Please inform us if you will be arriving later than 8:00 p.m.!
Billing:
The billing takes place one day before departure.
We do not accept credit or debit cards. Only cash payments are possible.
Alternatively, you can transfer the total amount to the specified bank account.
Booking:
A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation.
Smoker / non-smoker:
For your well-being, the Augl's Hof is a non-smoking house. Smoking is possible in the entrance area and on the balconies.
Cancellation:
The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH) apply.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full room rate. The place of jurisdiction is Landeck. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance

Cancellations can only be made in writing.
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price.
- 1 week before arrival 90% of the total price
Parking:
For Apartment 1 and 2 there are two parking spaces available directly at our house.
For flat 3 and 4 there is a parking space directly at our house.
Pets:
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.
Sustainability:
We care deeply about our environment and strive to make your vacation as sustainable as possible. We can only achieve this through cooperation with our guests. Your contribution is made through small, easy-to-implement steps. These include, among others, the following:
Waste Separation:
The proper disposal of waste in the apartments is very important to us. We ask that you follow our recycling system. You will find bins for plastic, metal, and paper in the apartments. You will also find a container for organic waste and a container for residual waste.
Arrival:
If possible, travel together in one vehicle. Ischgl is also well connected to the public transport network. The nearest train station is in Landeck. From there, regular buses run to Ischgl.
Ventilation in the apartment:
Please avoid constant ventilation or leaving windows constantly ajar. This damages the building and causes high energy costs.
Energy:
Our house is fully insulated, and all lighting is equipped with energy-saving LED bulbs. However, we ask that you turn off all lights and electrical devices, or unplug your power card, when you leave the apartment.
Water:
If you prefer still water, you don't need to transport bottled water from your hometown or buy it from a store. Ischgl's tap water is chemical-free and of the highest quality.
